1.Shipping Area
We ship to some parts of the USA.

2. Postage
Shipping is free within the United States.
1) Remote areas, no delivery (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, small islands outside the U.S. mainland)
2) If the address is incorrect, the correction surcharge is $15 per item.
3) If there are other miscellaneous charges, they will be charged according to UPS's rates.

3. Processing time
We need 12-24 hours processing time and then your order will be shipped. (Monday-Friday) 

4. Delivery Times
It's our goal to make sure your order is processed quickly and efficiently.
We will ship your order within 48 hours from the US by UPS. 
Please allow 3-7days for your shipment to arrive at your address. However, due to our inability to control the transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation. Please check the order at the backstage to confirm how long it will take for the delivery.

Any delivery dates provided by FJBottle are estimates. We will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered.
